Continuous and Frictionless Authentication with UCBA

As cyber threats grow more sophisticated, traditional authentication methods are no longer enough. In this new TANGO KERs Series video, Stefanos Heikki Panagiotou from quadible presents the User Continuous Behavioural Authentication (UCBA) component. UCBA uses AI and behavioural data to verify users continuously and invisibly, without extra hardware or active user actions.
The system collects behavioural signals such as typing speed, key hold time, mouse acceleration, swipe speed, touch pressure, and device rotation, forming a unique behavioural signature that is extremely difficult to impersonate. Powered by machine learning models, UCBA analyses these patterns in real time, running silently in the background to detect impostors while keeping the user experience smooth.
Privacy is safeguarded through GDPR compliance, data normalisation to remove personally identifiable information, and encryption during transmission and storage. Lightweight SDKs and browser-based scripts make UCBA easy to deploy across web, mobile, and enterprise systems in industries from banking to e-commerce.
